🖼️ What exactly will I receive?

You’ll receive a personalized poster or canvas featuring your child’s name, number, country, and selected details — styled like a true legend. Depending on your pack, it may include awards, photo, framing, or digital delivery.

🧾 What personal info do I need to provide?

After your order, you’ll be prompted to fill in:

-First name & last name

-Date & place of birth

-Jersey number

-Position

-Country for jersey

-1 or 2 custom awards (ex: “Golden Boot”, “MVP”)

-A photo (for certain packs)

-We’ll take care of the design — you just tell the story.

🕓 How long does it take to receive my order?

-Digital file: sent via email in 24–48h

-Canvas prints:

-USA: 3–7 business days

-Europe: 5–10 business days

-Rest of world: 7–15 business days
We’ll notify you as soon as your order ships.

🌍 Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide. Shipping costs are included in the final price.

We currently deliver to North America, UK, Europe, and Australia only.
Shipping is included in the price. No surprises at checkout.

🖥️ Can I preview the design before printing?

For premium packs (Elite and All-Time), yes — we send a preview by email. For simpler packs, we follow a tested layout to ensure quick delivery.

🔄 Can I edit my order after checkout?

Yes — within 2 hours of purchase. Just reply to your confirmation email and we’ll help you out.
